During Monday’s event, Apple introduced the new MacBook with 12-inch screen with 2,304 by 1,440 pixels resolution. This team is the thinnest Apple has done so far, with only 13.1 millimeters thick and weighs 2 pounds, 907 g.

This team, as well as being the slimmest of the company, even below the most recent MacBook Air, will come in two new additional colors to silver: space gray and gold. To make it thinner, the new MacBook is fanless with Intel Core M processor (manufactured under 14 nanometer technology) and whose speed range from 1.3 GHz and 2.9 GHz. The RAM is 8 GB and storage will be given by a solid state hard drive of 512 GB.

The kit comes with charger through a USB type C, reversible connector, through which the video output and USB we had met so far done. That is, for the moment we can not read USB and charging the device at the same time, unless we have an adapter. The other connector that comes with the computer is the 3.5 mm headphones.

Another new feature of the new MacBook is the trackpad, which is now pressure sensitive and therefore recognizes between soft and loud touches, which new navigation gestures are added. In addition, the trackpad will emit vibrations when the user performs actions, similar to what happens today with mobile.

The new MacBook will be available from April 10 at an entry price of $ 1,299 (~ 3.363 million pesos).
